Welcome to ICHARM, PWRI in Tsukuba. 
I would like to tell you how to get to ICHARM.
Take a bus or train from Airport to Tsukuba Center.
From Tsukuba Center to PWRI, take a bus.
Get off the bus at "Doboku Kenkyusyo Mae （土木研究所前）"and go to a Guard Station for a name tag.
Director's room and reception are on the second floor.

Bus Terminal at Narita Airport
Go to a Kesei Bus ticket counter for a bus ticket.
Take tsukuba-bound buses at bus stop No. 8 in terminal 1 or No. 10 in terminal 2.
It takes about 100minutes from Narita Airport to Tsukuba Center (9 buses a day, ￥2,540.)

Transportation to Tsukuba City from Airport or Tokyo.
To Tsukuba Station by Train:
* Tsukuba Express
45 minutes to Tsukuba Station from Akihabara Station by rapid train.

To Tsukuba Station by Bus (High-Speed bus):
* From Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit to Tsukuba Center 70 minutes.
(41 buses a day, ￥1,150)
* From Narita Airport to Tsukuba Center 100 minutes.
(9 buses a day, ￥2,540)
* From Haneda Airport to Tsukuba Center 80 minutes

(12 buses a day, ￥1,800)
To PWRI from Tsukuba Station:
*20 minutes by Kanto-Tetsudo Bus or Taxi
Take a bus bound for "Kenchiku Kenkyusyo （建築研究所）" and get off at "Doboku Kenkyusyo Mae （土木研究所前.）"
