ICHARM国際シンポジウム「Local

Conditions」を開催
ICHARMは、9月30日(火)、東京・代々木の国立オリンピック記念青少年総合センターにおいて、水災害の専門家・研究者を対象としたシンポジウム「Local
Practices of Integrated Flood Risk Management under Changing Natural and Social
Conditions」を開催しました。 坂本土木研究所理事長、ソロシナジー ユネスコ水科学部長の挨拶の後、竹内ICHARMセンター長を始めICHARMの各チームからICHARMの活動紹介を行いました。午後には、海外各地域から招いた講演者から、各国・地域の自然・社会条件下における水関連災害への対応の現状と課題について講演を頂きました。約90人の参加者からは各講演者に対して活発な質問や議論が行われました。
