- Message;
- ICHARM was established by unanimous support of the world, the favour of over 190 member states of UNESCO autumn 2005. It is because the missions of ICHARM are indispensable for the international community. I am honoured to be a member of ICHARM again to strive for the accomplishment of its missions since I was involved in ICHARM’s creation when I was in UNESCO.

- ICHARMは世界の圧倒的な支持、つまり2005年秋のユネスコ総会での190カ国を超える満場一致の賛成により設立されました。これはICHARMの使命が国際社会にとって不可欠であるということを示しています。このような使命達成の一助になるために、再びICHARMのメンバーになれたことは、ユネスコ在籍時にその創立にかかわった私にとって、大きな喜びです。
