Taught in the University of Hong Kong for many years;
Successfully supervised 8 Ph.D. students and over 50 M. Phil and M.Sc (Eng) students;
Has been a specialist consultant for UNESCO and several Consulting Engineering companies in Hong Kong;
Has been an expert witness and provided expert opinion in several legal cases in Hong Kong;
