- We, living in this world, owe the responsibility to preserve the dignity of people's lives. Infrastructure is a basic measure for disaster prevention, and I believe there is need to exercise disaster management strategies according to various development levels. By combining the knowledge and experiences of various countries, the level of disaster management would be promoted, and I have pleasure to be able to work as a member of ICHARM for this goal.
この世界に生きる我々は、何よりもまず命の尊厳を確保・保全する権利を有しています。防災はそのインフラであり、それぞれの社会の実情に応じた整備が行われる必要があると考えています。関係する国相互にそれぞれの知恵と経験を持ち寄って、防災インフラの水準が一歩でも前進すること、その一員として働ける喜びを感じています。
